I joined PlusNet Broadband on 7th June 2004, having been a previous customer of their dialup services. I estimate 18 - 24 months of good service from their broadband before the problems started. Since then its been a constant series of line drops and poor performance (especially P2P).
I\'ve read every single negative comment about this outfit on this forum and I can\'t add anything more, other than to say I agree with every single word. Did someone mention yoghurt pots and string?
12 months ago I would have recommended this ISP, now; forget it.
If this was the last broadband supplier on the planet; I\'d make do without.
