Title: Disappointed
Been with these chaps for 3 years. Once upon a time they used to be the best in the business, now they are shockingly bad, how did they get it so wrong!? New management? They moved me to Max (without my permission) and since then I have had a really torrid time. Their support is rude, slow and generally lousy.
I have since moved to ICUK which has been fantastic from the moment I called them.
