Service: constant disconnection problems
Support: used to be fantastic. Now emails are not returned, you are left on hold forever. Now that I am trying to leave their service getting a response is like pulling teeth.
Speed: is currently 1.2Mbps when I pay for 2.2... need I say more.
Cost: I pay ?29.99. As their prices drop they do not automatically adjust existing customers packages. What a down-right SNEAKY way to run a business.
In one word... AVOID!
