We have been a Plusnet business customer since 2003 and have not had any problems - until now. We are closing the company down and gave them 30 days notice to terminate our contract. They replied telling us that as we were a business customer we were tied into a 12 month contract and had to pay a further 11 months. I queried this due to the length of time we have been customers. I eventually received a reply that business customers have their contract renewed for a further 12 months on each anniversary. This wasn\'t the case when we signed up but they changed the T&C in 2005. I am seeking legal advice on this matter.
