I\'ve been with PlusNet for 12 months now and I can honestly say that it is the worst experience I\'ve ever had with an ISP.

The service started well in September 2005 - good speeds, good connections. Then come January 2006 the quality of the service plummeted.

Strict usage limits were applied, P2P programs were absolutely throttled by their poor connection, speeds were all over the shop and a week didn\'t go by where the Internet was suffering downtime.

Even if you abide by the usage limits, the connection is awful - speeds are at least half what they should be.

You get what you pay for - pay peanuts and you\'ll get monkeys
