Title: unhelpful, misleading
I have been plus net subscriber since July last year. They have just started capping my downloading, a situation which is intolerableand during the conversation I discover that when my year\\\'s contract is up I will still have to day over ?80 for \\\"deferred costs/modem etc\\\" .the customer service is inadequate and I now regret selecting plus net as my ISP. Read the reviews carefully before you commit.
