The webspace is excellent - I have 250MB including php and mysql.
However, the Customer Service is appalling. Tickets go ignored for over a week at a time, and the answers you get tend to be untimely and inaccurate. I recently asked for my cgi password to be reset, I had to ask twice because the idiot answering it asked the second half of my question and not the first half, and then reset the password and advised I could have changed it myself from the shell prompt (how, exactly?).
Since my speed was upgraded from 2MB to 8MB, I have suffered regular disconnections and reconnections, and actual speed has been very disappointin
