It is now the 4th \"official\" day after registering the problem with plusnet & they haven\'t even looked at it yet.
Used to be a good service, now gone bad, very bad, appallingly bad.
A colleague had the same experience and he transferred to another ISP after 3 months without his connection problem ever being fixed by plusnet
Naturally, I won\'t wait this long. If not fixed by Monday, I\'m off.
