Things are not good at Plusnet right now.
A sure fire way to run out of business is to stop caring for customers, because without them, a business can\'t run for long.
They tried to grow too fast, too quickly and now they cannot afford to spend the money to support its userbase - so a few months ago they introduced ellacoya technology.

To start off with it wasn\'t too bad, but now it\'s gotten to the point where P2P is unusable between 12pm - 3am, max speed you\'ll hit will be 30kb/sec...and that\'s LUCKY.

I upgraded to maxDSL in an attempt to get better speeds, but now i\'m actually on a lower profile than before, and no one will help.
