I have just moved away as the support and customer service is really quite poor. I have been disconnected twice for non-payment when it has been the plusnet system which has caused the problem.
I called to say the fees (?32.99 - small business) were to high and that I would like to downgrade. Advised of a ?34 charge to do this, with a new monthly fee of ?19.99 for a metered, 2Mb service.
I decided to move along to the Murdoch\'s nasty though reasonable priced service. Migration was almost impossible! It took 3 months and more cash (2 months fees) to finally leave.
