I have been with PlusNet since Feb 2006 and am now finally ditching these cowboys in Jan 2007. Do not be duped by the cheap price, even if you are an occasional user - the connection is ALWAYS dropping and often is frustratingly slow.
I\'m a very patient person and appreciate that ISPs have a lot to deal with, but having given them 11 months to sort themselves out, no more!
Their customer service is very bad too, but worst of all is their availability and connection speed. What\'s the point of broadband if you are always having to avoid using the internet because your connection is far too slow or not available?
