Been with PlusNet for over a year. Used to good speed, no connection problems and good customer service. Now speed is slow, lots of connection problems and customer service is dreadful. This month they have switched me from BT to the Tiscally network. Had complete broadband failure for 2 days. Tried calling PlusNet during the outage, but the phone gets cut off after two rings. Complained to PlusNet about the outage after broadband was up again. Their response is that broadband is not a guaranteed service. I will be reporting these issues to Ofcom and I recommend others to do the same.
