Avoid! They were good when I first joined. Support sorted a speed problem right away. But then they blocked p2p even off peak and prevented access to an external news server. I raised four queries but they closed them saying:
1. The product was not designed for p2p - this in spite of their advert saying and still saying, \"no usage cap\" (off peak)
2. Stop downloading at peak time - which I do not do, I schedule it for off-peak - Anyway I can\'t! They have blocked it!
3. Don\'t use the Usenet (I assume they mean binaries) but I don\'t, I was trying to access a Tech (text only) server!
BTW All this time I could connect to these services no problem using dial up.
Yes - Avoid them if you have any sense.
