Signed up with PO Nov 20th, for there phone and broadband and line rental package.Migrated from newnet. phone went live on the 3rd and broadband went live on Dec 10th,all was well except,no email settings.
Called up tech-support (0845)waited 48 mins,set-up email with there assistance,still no email,this went on for 10 days calling a couple of times a day, no-one knows
why email won\\\'t work, including the supervisors,so emailed complaints dept.waste of time\\\"they eventually got email going now my speed has dropped of from 2mb to under 1mb
tried phoning,get cut off,emailed tech support & complaints dept,no replies would not recommend to anyone.
