Have been with TT for a couple of years now and in that time their customer service has deteriorated noticeably.

Never use their phone service,it's the worst in the whole isp network (yes that includes BT)

Even their forum help only send the customer on a round trip eventually ending with an engineers charge that mostly is unwarranted.

Most of the problems are due to the rubbish routers that TT supply, (but they will never admit it) all my problems were solved by buying a decent router and 90% of TT's problems can be solved the same way.
