They won\'t give me my 1mb, only get half that. After 1 mth they capped my download as I was using P2P, however they say it will nver be switched back on again. IE: No P2P, ever!
Customer service is a joke. 35 min to call last time and they sometimes do hang up on you.
Sales will tell you anything to sign you up and then they give you nothing.
Their telephone service is NOT as cheapa s they say, and every little addon has to be paid for unlike BT. Again, they lied about this in sales before I signed up.
