Took eight months to move me to their own kit. I am now getting downloads @ < 20 Kbytes/s despite the connection reporting a downstream of 5 Mbits. The technical support suggested I switch off my virus checker(which had no effect and is back on) and that I should use a download manager. There was no suggestion that this was a problem by them and there operator on a charged(10p per min service) appeared to have limited knowlege and kept having to consult their technical advisor resulting in a 30 minute call and no satifaction. They also never seem to reply to emails sent to them.
