However, when I needed help with something as a matter of urgency it all went wrong. I initially got a couple of helpful emails, but most of my follow up emails were ignored, or got unhelpful replies. In all I sent something like 14 emails and got 4 replies.

A good ISP if you don\\\'t encounter any problems but the guy (it seems to be a one-man operation) appears to only provide customer service when he feels like it.
