Been a Xilo client for a couple of years years now.

I don't know if its my local exchange/cabling or not.

But recently i get frequent disconnects at peak times.

Every night at approx 18:00 i get disconnected.
It settles after an hour or so.

This can occur a lot later at approx 2:00 am as well.

Tonight i am totally disconnected for hours so i am using a broadband dongle to write this review.

Support never answers until after 9 or 10 am. So i am stuck until then.

I used to like Xilo a lot, but am starting to worry.

Anyone else experiencing similair issues?
