On leaving for a cheaper provider to mainly save some money for a provider that offered a similar service for under half the cost, I found out the reality of such offers.
Sky was half the price for half the level of competence (if any at all) and service (well, didn't get any of that now).
I ran back with open arms and begged to come back much like Oliver Twist who wanted more food.
The guys at xilo were happy to help and got mending the bodge up that sky had caused. Took a little while to get my service back on as sky had moved me to their broken equipment but i had service back on the day which I was advised and it all worked, yes, both phone and broadband.
Price was the only factor but now its clear to see that you if pay peanuts, you get nothing, not even monkeys. I would love to pay less than a tenner but i need to know that the quality and support is there, which it is but do wish it was a little longer per day so i don't have to worry about my naps!
