Easily the best ISP I've ever used, although Gofast were very good also.

Every time I contact customer services I get a competent, technically aware individual that's keen to help. They always seem to come up with the goods too, I couldn't be happier with them, except maybe on the price. It's OK but I'd really like to be getting more than a 50GB limit for the money, it's just not enough these days. Hence the 7/10 for value.

Standard extras like fixed IPs is great too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Edit; after seeing these comments they contacted me and switched me to a package that is till capped at 50GB but is unmetered off peak....and is cheaper! Well done Xilo, 9/10 now. :)
