Moved over from Vispa in March as did many, and so far am very pleased with Xilo, Since joining I have not sufferred any issues, either with downloading, surfing or email (not a gamer).

For less money than I paid Vispa, I am getting a faster service.

Since joining had no reason to call their support desk. Had to call them a few times to move over my domain, They responded very quickly and usually made changes required within a couple of seconds, eg had to change some DSL settings on Nominet to complete the email switchover (a small suggestion would be that for domain switching they could pre-prepare a crib-sheet to outline tasks vs responsibilities to make any switchover even more smooth).

Overall very pleased, however real test yet to come, should we hit probs which of course is the real test for any ISP - am hopeful that Xilo will be very pro-active here too.
