I cut and pasted the above review because it is exactly what I was going to say. I\'ve been a Blueyonder broadband user for seven or eight years and it was a great service until about two years back. Since then the speed, customer service and everything else about it has declined steadily.
I\'m writing this on a Sunday afternoon and my Blueyonder 4MB service is taking two minutes to open pages on this site. It\'s like this every weekend now and often almost as slow early in the evening on weekday nights too. MY phone has been out of action six or seven times since Christmas and Blueyonder customer service don\'t seem very bothered. Their only suggestion for curing the slow broadband download speed was to upgrade to 10MB. I tried this and it wasn\'t even a slight improvement. The recent merger with Virgin doesn\'t appear likely to resolve the performance issues either so I\'m on this site looking for a new ISP.
