I got into an argument with an incompetent and very rude man who called me for this very reason. He screamed \"WHAT\" at me when he didn\'t understand what I was saying, he refused to give his surname when I asked, and then eventually told me his name was Steven FAKE! I hung up on him - but not before leaving him with very some colourful language. It left him stunned.
You can simply forget about email correspondence, too. It goes ignored.
