I joined up to iDNet when my previous provider was taken over and the service went to pot (as they often do). Have been very pleased with the support, but there is a significant limitation on their email server: an overall size limit of 100MB on all stored emails. That might seem OK to you, and was to me... until I had to send a bunch of document images to the council when trying to arrange my mother's care home fees. The process almost fell through because one set of documents silently failed to send due to this limit. If I hadn't double checked with the council via my work email she would have been refused support.
You have to be prepared to scrupulously manage your mailbox through the web interface to get around this limit. Deleting from your email client won't do. Everything counts towards the limit, including *their* deleted folder.
It spoils what is otherwise an excellent service.
