Encountered a few issues regarding the fibre installation process but this was a result of the installation company rather than IDNet. It was found there was a break in the underground access to the property which resulted in a missed and then delayed installation. However IDNet were nothing but engaging and supportive throughout providing updates throughout. Since the installation the connection has been spot on regarding reliability and speed.
No regrets in moving to IDNet from my previous provider and I was happy with them so that speaks volumes. IDNet, for me, stand out in relation to the aforementioned service and cost. Long may it continue!
