Title: DON'T use Vispa
I made the mistake of moving my Phone to Vispa. They then Kept overcharging me. They blamed everything from a member of staff recently returning from maternity leave to a bug in the billing system. It proved impossible to speak to them and when I did I felt that I was just being fobbed off.
Check out there filling history at Companies House it doesn't make good reading in my opinion.
