Title: Reliable provider with excellent support
I've rarely needed to contact support but on the few occasions they been very prompt in responding (the one phone call needed when first setting up years ago went straight to a person who could help, no on-hold music, no first-line support) and able to help.
The service itself has been reliable and at the advertised speeds.
They're not the cheapest provider, but not unreasonable for what they provide and I've always found them worth it.
