This company is impossible to deal with if something is not right. First they have a dreaded overseas call centre; then their staff are pretty hotless at the first contact level; and finally all they want to do is blmew you own equipment
As an illustration the woman in the broadband team kept telling me that broadband was the same as the internet...
Finally and perhaps most importantly they use their own equipment in phone exchanges, which they clearly don't maintain properly so despite call after call they continue to deny having faults...
