Joined Zzoomm on Wednesday, to be told the connection if CGnat'd so I can't have inbound ports opened, to have that I would need a Static IP, to which I agreed to for the slight increase of costs, this was Thursday morning, it is now Saturday afternoon, my connection hasn't worked since requesting the Static IP, nor are their engineers able to fix it (I was told a fix within 24 hours).

Am now cancelling this, as it has worked for 1 day out of the 4 days I have had it, with not firm answer on when it will be working again and why the issue can't be looked at over the weekend. I've not had this bad a service since 2000s from an ISP.
