A new survey of over 1,400 UK people has revealed that 20% of respondents do not know what the terms of either their broadband ISPs download limits or Fair Usage Policy (FUP) are. SIRODA, a network measurement specialist, has compared the data / Internet speeds of all five UK mobile operators ( T-Mobile , Orange , O2 , Three (3) , Vodafone ) over a 60 day period and across 150 UK locations.
