Virgin Media UK Extends Service and Customer Support Partnership with Telindus

Cable giant Virgin Media UK, which supplies broadband ISP, television, fixed line phone and mobile services to consumers and businesses around the country, has signed a new multi-year extension contract with Telindus Ltd (the UK ICT arm of Belgacom) to manage the service and customer support of its network.Paul Buttery, Chief Customer and Networks Officer at Virgin Media, said:

The level of service and commitment offered to us by Telindus has helped us achieve this over a number of years and we believe that Telindus is the perfect partner to help us grow our business in the future."

Telindus will provide the operator with a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) managed service to support the company’s data network platforms from Alcatel Lucent, Cisco, Juniper Networks and Motorola. The firm will also help to deliver Virgin's services to residential and business customers alike.
