Please find below details on how to update or submit a previously unlisted broadband ISP, phone or mobile operator to our UK listing database. Please check every associated provider listed on our site before making a new submission as your service may already be included (
Check UK ISP Listings).

Press Contacts (email) address.

Submission Rules
ISPreview.co.uk may elect not to list ISP's that fail to publish a legally required postal address (PO BOX's do not count) and phone number on their website or which fail to publish their Terms & Conditions (T&C's) prior to signup. We also exclude packages with social tariffs (e.g. free broadband for specific housing tenants) because these are not relevant or available to the wider commercial ISP market.
Furthermore we will not list ISPs that do not post public price and service package details on their website. We also expect all ISPs to follow proper and legally required
Value Added Tax (VAT) rules, which means that you must clearly indicate whether VAT is being applied or not to a package on the page where it is displayed.
In addition, ISPreview no longer reviews service providers itself and instead this is now done using a public
Reader Reviews service. In other words, your own customers will review you. Any ISPs intending to engage with our community (forum, review system etc.) should read the
Website Rules first.
