Broadband ISP Aquiss Blast CityFibre in Complaint Over Poor UK Support

Shropshire-based independent UK ISP Aquiss has notified their customers of concerns that dealing with one of the country’s largest alternative broadband networks, CityFibre, has recently become “incredibly difficult” after the alternative network let a sizeable number of staff go in recent redundancies.

Fibre optic UK network builder Cityfibre has announced that the CEO of their sibling business connectivity focused ISP Entanet, Elsa Chen, has been appointed to the new role of Chief Customer Officer. Elsa will now be responsible for CF’s end-to-end customer experience strategy across all market verticals.

Entanet has announced that businesses within reach of their parent company’s (Cityfibre) Dark Fibre network, which is present in parts of over 50 cities across the United Kingdom, can now order their Ethernet Flex service for just £199 +vat per month. This offers a guaranteed rate of 200Mbps (symmetric) but can burst to 1Gbps.
