BISCit's New SME Broadband Product

Posted: 22nd Mar, 2005 By: MarkJ
UK ISP BISCit Internet has announce the launch of its SME 1000 Business package, which is a 1Mbps 50:1 ADSL option costing £39.99 +vat per month. The package is coupled to a website hosting solution and free voice line calls:

Set up: £58.75 inc VAT for new users or free migration from another ISP. (A re-grade fee of £15 inc VAT will apply to users upping their line to suit the higher speeds).

Monthly Rental £39.99 PLUS VAT per month

Our new 50:1 contended package is ideal for small business and home workers, but can be utllised by any business of any size. Not only does it give a blistering 1MB worth of Broadband speed, but it also comes with complete web hosting linked to a free domain name (new or transferred from your existing provider). The web hosting allows MySQL/PHP databases as well as a complete CGI-bin, PERL allowance, Frontpage Extensions and whole lot more.

We also bring fax-to-email services so customers can receive faxes from people as an email rather than over a fax machine - very useful as these can be stored away and printed as necessary.

On top of the Broadband, we also give 1,500 free telephony minutes to any landline number in the UK during peak hours. Should you the customer use them all, they will then pay standard charges which are cheaper than BT, so they will still continue to be saving money.

Extra Free Features

Free domain registration and hosting - either choose a new domain name (ending in .co.uk, .com, .biz , .net) or transfer your existing one to us.

Unlimited email - Using your domain name, users can have as many emails as you like and check your email either via a program such as Outlook, SMTP or over our web mail facility.

Free Web hosting - We give customers a huge 150MB of commercial web space which also enables you to host MySQL/PHP services and have full access to your own CGI bin. PERL is enabled as are Frontpage extensions.

Free static IP address – Users get a free static IP address

Free 0870/0871 numbers - Users can have as many non-geographic numbers as you like, including premium rate numbers and 0800, 0845, 0870, 0871.

PC telephony - Turn your desktop or laptop PC into a telephone and enjoy local or national UK rate calls when dialling from abroad.

Landline Telephony - 1,500 free call minutes per month to any landline number in the UK. BT will bill you for your line rental as usual.

We can take control of customers phone line rentals if they wish, and can do this for an additional £12.60 +VAT pcm. This means that we will manage your phone lines for you, as well as bill you directly.

This means they will pay less than they currently do to BT, and they will not have to deal with them at all - at any time.

We can even supply a 'one-bill' incorporating your Internet and phone calls charges each month if you wish.

* You must have a BT or BISCit landline in order to use this service. Free calls do not include NGN, International or mobile numbers which will be charged at our normal BISCit Telecom low rate. Free calls are only valid between the hours of 9am and 6pm weekedays.
