V21's Uncapped £12.50 512Kbps

Posted: 15th Apr, 2005 By: MarkJ
V Two One (V21) has responded to recent competition from rival UK Online, which launched a £9.99 512Kbps package, by announcing its own super-cheap service for £12.50 inc. VAT per month:

The UK’s fastest growing Internet Service Provider (ISP), V Two One, will on the 1st May 2005 launch two new 512k broadband products. The starting price for these options will be £12.50 (inc VAT) and will not have any bandwidth restrictions or traffic shaping limitations in place – making another unbeatable offer on high speed internet connection (www.v21.co.uk).

Famous for setting internet connection pricing standards, V Two One’s Managing Director, Steve Kaye, said: “Quite simply this new offer is what we believe is one of the best options around. With no download or port restrictions, internet users will be hard pressed to find an ISP that can match us.”

Further information on V Two One is available at www.v21.co.uk, by e-mailing info@v21.co.uk or by calling +44 (0)870 442 9600.

Unlike UK Online, which uses restricted LLU coverage to deliver such a service, V21's offer is based off BT's network. Such products must cut very close to the ‘profitable’ bone.
