Surfers have spotted several pages on Google's site referring to a product called "
Google Secure Access" (GSA). It's described as being designed to "
establish a more secure connection while using Google WiFi," according to the
F.A.Q page.
Rumours of a Google Wi-Fi service have been flying around for a month or so, although to date nothing specific has surfaced. We note that a separate page (
http://wifi.google.com/download.html) even offers a free download of GSA.
The search giant is refusing to comment, although the service indicated above is marked as still being in beta (incomplete).
