New Article - ISPs & The BIG FRIACO Discount

In order to fill the news gap on this bank holiday Monday we've uploaded our latest article 'ISPs & The BIG FRIACO Discount'. Including feedback from several providers, we look at why Oftel's recent 17% unmetered dialup (FRIACO) price cut, which was forced on to BT, is unlikely to reach consumers.
