It's the second time I've chosen AA now and for good reason. They grok it, they're just totally understanding of how good internet and service should be delivered and they work so hard to get you connected.
I had issues caused by tmy landlord attempting to change the address on the apartment but not working with Openreach to do it properly so I ended up unable to order. AA guided me through the steps needed to get Openreach to fix up the service and I just got installed a day early.
Speeds are as promised and full IPv6.
I've used AA for years in a previous life for ADSL and recently with their L2TP service. I'm so glad to be with them for Fibre now.

I have just joined A and A from another ISP where I had FTTC and a landline. The excellent reviews and wide range of web support articles were the main reasons for my change of ISP. Despite a major holdup with the FTTP installation by Openreach (4 months from initial order due to a local network problem) I have been most impressed with A and A at all stages. Their website can appear a bit intimidating to a novice residential customer but all my communications with sales staff have been courteous and very helpful. They chased OR to try to progress the FTTP installation but OR communications were basically explaining away the delays by too much work and too few workers. When FTTP finally went live it all ‘just worked’ as did the phone number port to VOIP. I have been most impressed so far. If you are in a similar situation changing from ADSL or FTTC to FTTP, don’t cancel your old broadband until FTTP is fully up and running. If there is a problem with OR then the delay can be quite long, as in my case.

I've been with A&A for a number of years. I'm on the more technical side, and a relatively demanding user - so what matters to me is consistent performance, help navigating the provisioning landscape and support when I'm either trying to do something more complex than normal, or when things break.

A&A support all of these excellently. They're not the cheapest and they're not miracle workers, but I can't fault the service and support I've received and continue to pay for.

I've used AAISP as my service provider for several years - initially for a home DSL link and then subsequently migrating to a fibre to the home connection.

I've used other service providers in the past who were good for a while but then service quality dropped. But AAISP has been consistently good. On the rare occasions when I've needed support - technical, or service migration - feedback has been provided in a timely and informative way.

Highly recommended!

Andrews and Arnold are a top-notch ISP, who deliver top-notch service. Just bear in mind that you will be paying a relatively high price for this, but if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. You can't really mark them down for this, because you know the prices before ordering.
I get 10TB/month allowance which is effectively unlimited for for our family of 4, we don't use anywhere near that per month even at 330/50.
Service is outstanding. I asked a question about packet loss at 1930 on a Saturday and they were on the case running line tests straight away and the issue was resolved by 0930 Sunday. Just try getting that kind of response out of Talktalk!
I don't remember ever having a mid-contract price rise, but I do remember multiple usage allowance increases and in 2019 they cut the price by £5. No new contract or haggling required.

I've used AAISP for my business for over ten years, starting with three ADSL lines bonded together back in 2012, to a dual-redundant fast fibre connection today.
We also using their mobile data offering for remote access to equipment on customer sites.

They are a world apart from other ISPs, with knowledgeable engineers who can actually resolve problems, instead of someone in a call centre just telling you to turn the router off and back on...

AAISP are really hot on security and privacy and their FireBrick products are the 'Swiss army knife' of office communications for any SME business.

I've since added an AAISP FTTP connection at home and the service is equally good on their residential offering.

They aren't the cheapest, but their offering is excellent value for money. In this case you really get what you pay for.

You won't find better - Highly recommended !

Long-time AAISP customer. Just moved house and had a bunch of issues around the availability of FTTC. Got it sorted pretty quickly, because support staff at AAISP know what they're talking about. They're not sub-minimum wage drones whose entire existence is to frustrate you until you go away.

I can't go back to other ISPs. The dark patterns, the engorged advertising budget, the outsourced support, the complete lack of regard for customers as human beings. It's not worth it. AAISP costs more, but it's more than worth it.

I had a problem setting up my VOIP phone on my FTTP broadband, phoned technical support and they went into my router and sorted out my problem, all working within 5 minutes. I have a technical background and was seriously impressed.

Much cheaper than my previous mobile broadband and landline setup.
If you think A&A are expensive remember you get what you pay for.

Probably not for technophobes, but from my experience A&A are very helpful.

Found out by accident today that A&A have doubled my data allowance at no extra cost, no fuss, bother or contract changes, just more data.

If only Andrews and Arnold were running the country everything would just work as it should do!
