By fat THE best isp there is. Been with Titan for 2 years now and recently moved to Fibre with Titan. Had a BT line issue and Titan's support was spot on. They chased BT big time and got the line sorted in 2 days. With AOL (my previous supplier) it would have been 2 months minimum LOL

Thank god someone has done it right! I was first introduced to Surfanytime 4 years ago, prior to that I was always going with the bigger ISP’s (BT, Virgin, Talktalk, Tiscali etc.). We use Surf for our business allot and I quickly found out how easy they are to work with.
The main difference is the customer service; when I call up 9/10 times I am the first in the queue. When I get through to them they are all extremely helpful. Danny, Derek and Martin really do all they can to help. They are all pleasant to talk to and more importantly all know what they are talking about.
As well as dealing with them in a business environment I also opted for their broadband at home. The service they have provided me is perfect; my exchange is notoriously overcrowded due to the recent developments and shockingly no plans to upgrade it. However they have successfully delivered a very quick and stable line.
To anyone who is thinking which ISP to go for, look no further...
Please don’t be put off by the hold music; it won’t be long before someone picks up :)

Never had any speed problems with Titan, nor had issues with support the few times I've called for help. I was using youtube all day yesterday for music without any problems at all.

I was with Titan for almost 4 years, on the "up to" 24 meg service. Things went wrong in May when I started getting frequent disconnects and a line speed dropped to 0.5meg. That took a month to fix, titan blame BT, BT blame Titan.

A month further down the line things got worse and I was getting disconnects, a line speed of 0.25 meg and no internet at all at weekends. This went on for 6 weeks and no fix so I left. As soon as I switched my line speed went to 9/10 meg.

Issues are made worse as their phone lines are often down, they were down for 3 weeks in a row during all this. If you can speak to Abs he's always helpful but it seems like there are bigger problems.

To be fair to them, they gave me a MAC code within hours of requesting it and let me out my contract without any fuss as well as giving me a couple of free days at the end to see me up to the switchover.
- Update....they actually sent me an invoice for the free days at the end and the entanet credit control rep replied "I doubt that very much" when I tried to explain it. charming.

I have been a customer of surfanytime for over 4 years and have always received great service. This week I needed to contact the technical support team for a connection issue (that was not their fault) - and the team were friendly, professional, very polite and completely focused one helping me sort out the problem. I spoke to three people over the course of a few days (BT's fault, not surfanytimes!) and they were really fantastic - it's refreshing to speak to real people, with real knowledge of their field who are able to communicate effectively with their customers. I recommend surfanytime to anyone that will listen!

As a big gamer and user of the internet I require a reliable and fast line. Surf Anytime have provided me with a stable and fast ADSL2 line for well over a year. Their customer service is without exception superb as is the tech support. On the ADSL2 service I was never capped or traffic'd and enjoyed fast gaming and streaming etc without a glitch.
Recently I decided to try out FTTC services, this has also been flawless in terms of the switch and though there are problems with regard the speed not being optimal these problems are being caused by BT and not Surf Anytime. As usual though Martin at Surf is and has been on the case and yet again demonstrates why in my humble opinion Surf Anytime cannot currently be beaten in terms of reliability, speed, price and above all else customer service.
Bottom line if you want all those things mentioned above along with what almost feels like a personal service call them, I know first hand you wont find a better deal on price for the bandwidth and you certainly wont find better customer relations.

I have been with SurfAnyTime for a few years now and have to say they're an excellent internet service provider.

The most striking thing is that they always see any problems you have through to the end. Recently I had a problem where my ping was much higher than my friends while playing games. This turned out to be because my connection was set to an 'Interleaved' line profile rather than the faster 'Fast Path' line profile. I asked them to switch me and they just did it without question.

My ping still isn't as good as my friends who are on with Talktalk, but they're on their LLU service which makes me think that has something to do with it.

One thing I would like to see in the future is their website to be updated as it's a bit basic, but apart from that all is good.

I wish they had their LLU service in my area!

What can I say but brilliant. Yes we have had issues during the last 2 1/2 years which have been addressed well. Most issues were caused by the very customer unfocussed BT, say no more!

The support is second to none with the necessary know how and interpersonal skills necessary to help the customer through set up and tests. I have never had a problem contacting support either by phone or e-mail (the usual method).

I am now using their Surfwise Variety package and the d/l speed I get has increased more than 5 fold.

I would recommend Titan to anyone.

I was with Tiscali before who are, in my opinion, a bunch of crooks - nightmare to cancel, and kept billing me for ages after I did cancel. Titan are the exact opposite of Tiscali - fantastic service. Highly recommended. Tiscali should learn from this example - happy customer = permanent customer.

Been with several ISP's over the years and none have been as helpful or as reliable as this one.

The cost of their service is a little higher - but having problems resolved quickly is important to me as I use the internet for employment purposes as well as for normal family use. So critical and never et down by this ISP. My last provider was Talk talk. The contrast between them is huge. I am moving over to a fibre service provided by Surfanytime through BT's infinity system on the 18 May so hope to see speed to match the service at that time.
