Great value for money and decent speeds from this ISP. Quesitonal DNS so we use OpenDNS which seems to cut out lags, but other than that can;t really fault them and their customer service is spot on.

Certainly worth considering. I was amazed how slick the whole process was. You\'re constantly informed of the status of your order and everything happened on schedule You can also opt to have sms messages sent letting you know how the order is going.

My switchover on an existing DSL circuit happened within 1 week of placing the order, having received the new router within 48hrs.

Speeds close to those advertised and free customer services were very helpful. They even answered my calls within 2 rings! Overall you get a feeling of transparency and that you\'re dealing with a professional company.

Please keep this up when the masses arrive!

If you like an intermittent connection Sky are your guys, when I do get online (always on my arse) the speed is ok. You get a nice additional fee if you don\\\'t live in an area where they have there kit, a monthly one! Not mentioned when you are setting up one of their all encompassing offers. I would avoid these guys like no tomorrow, they have no complaints department and you\\\'ll struggle to understand what their alleged support people have to say. I work in IT and can say with certainty their guys should not.

Been with Eclipse for 3 years and was only getting 900kbps download speeds on an ADSL Max line. I was told by Eclipse that this was the max speed my line supported so just had to put up with it. I recently saw the add for sky tv broadband bundle and as I already had sky tv I thought, \"ok, if I can only get 900kbps speeds I may as well just pay ?5 rather than ?14.99\".

Got switched in a matter of days to sky did a speed test, now getting 7500kbps download speeds.

Can\'t fault the service so far!

Title: Excellent!
Switched over to SKY Digital Broadband as we moved house to an area with poor tv reception. Chose to the MID package and have to say i\'ve been very pleasantly surprised (ex-tiscali) by the quality of the communication, the wireless router is far better than my Netgear DG834G v2 and the stability of the line. We live quite a way from the exchange so get just under 3 meg download speed, which after the 180k I often got from the t*scali 8mb connection is pure bliss.

Connection was on time, router pre-configured, no hassle. Very pleased!

O2 bought be broadband some time ago. O2 basically use be\\\'s services & equipment but have a different pricing structure. O2 charge ?10 (for O2 customers) whereas Be will charge ?18 for essentially the same package! The only difference is that Be requires 3 months notice, and O2 has minimum contract of 12 months. If you to O2 before christmas 2007 there is also a 100 day grace period!

Firstly I cannot comment on O2\\\'s support as I have never needed it! My line has about 12Mb down and 1.2Mb up (just like O2 said). The line is stable, latency is about 18ms!

Looses one mark because you cant pay via direct debit, must be done via credit card.

Only gave 5 for support because, so far, it\\\'s just worked. Everything happened exactly to schedule just as the knowledgeable chap from sales said. I just plugged the modem in and off it went without any setup whatsoever. Even the wireless works without setup. It\\\'s so fast (go for the Max) and gives me about 13 to 14 Mb/s at any time of day or night. There\\\'s no congestion and is between 2 to 40 times faster than my previous ISP. The FUP is rumoured to be about 250 MB per month, which is about 40 times as much as I used to have. Costs only ?10 per month. Four months later and I\'ve had no trouble, very few CRC\'s, etc and it\'s rock solid.
