We\'re on the Mid package (?5/month), and it\'s been fantastic. Speed wise it\'s been excellent so far, and really can\'t fault it. I can\'t comment on their e-mail service because we don\'t use it (gmail ;)). We\'re currently saving ?20 a month - another bonus! :D

Looking back at some of the previous reviews it does seem that Sky are still having some teething problems. But, if you do manage to get connected it\'s a great service. Easynet are doing a great job on the LLU side of things.

16mb broadband for ?10 a month. The best broadband service i have ever had. If you haven\'t got sky broadband get it NOW.

On the MAX service and only 2 or 3 cutoffs since connection 4 months ago.. but ..
Was stunned when I first got connected and asked for POP and SMTP server info only to be told that they had no email servers (they have now but why set up an ISP without having them)
Recently I lost connection for a few hours and while on the phone for 2 hours trying to get the problem diagnosed I was told by Sky \"I\'ll have to escalate the fault to a higher level which at the moment is taking them 5 days to start looking at the fault!!\" It came back after a few hours and they told me when I rang back that \"there was a country wide exchange change this evening\"

?5 for up to 8Mbs with a 40 gig download cap is an absolute steal. Unlike some reviewers, my connection is rock solid and screamingly fast. When I\'ve needed support, it has been handled well. To other reviewers who complain about ripoff phone lines, I can only say that with a little bit of research, you will find an 0800 number to call.

I ordered Sky on the 4th Dec got my router on the 6th Dec welcomed letters on the 7th Dec activated on time on the 13th Dec ever since rock soid connection. I am quite happy with the speed I have more to do with my time than checking the speed every two minutes, all in all I am over the moon with Sky.
I cannot speak for other people this is my experience and all for a fiver.

Only rated at 1 because 0 is not available. Most of the time it is impossible to connect. When we do get a connection the service is so slow it is not worth waiting for. Don\'t believe the advertising - it doesn\'t get worse than Sky! Avoid.

Ordered Sky BB (2Mb Base Package) on the 5th December and got my router and welcome letters on the 8th December. Activated on 14th December, on time! Connection has been perfect and touch wood, never dropped.

I am very pleased with Sky and glad I made the move from ntl. Now saving ?18 each month.

got my free router that works much better than my other ones. Activated on time and been active ever since. No slow speeds and no drop-outs. I know some people are having problems but the majority aren\'t. If you want excellent broadband get SKY

I\'m signed up to Sky Max and I\'ve had no great difficulties with it. The only problem I have so far is trying to relay email from my various accounts. I think that port 25 is probably blocked but I\'m checking this with support. So far I just send support an email one night and have an answer waiting for me the next which is satisfactory as I haven\'t had any emergencies. Service has always been available when I want it with a good signal strength. Can\'t grumble at the price either, it\'s the same as my dial-ups for a far faster service.
