I could hardly be more pleased with the service from Xilo. Customer support is responsive, fast, effective and friendly. Since switching from one of the top-rated ISPs (whose usage allowance wasn't enough for family use), I now have a 50% increase in throughput (now ~9.5Mbps), thanks to Matt identifying a problem on the line and working with me, BT and Xilo's suppliers to get it fixed. The line is stable and runs full speed ahead at all times of the day and night. On top of that it's cheaper than before and it's unmetered, so the occasional big download or long video stream is not a problem at any time of day.

I don't think any other ISP on my exchange could come close to Xilo's overall package.

Been with Xilo just a little over half a month and I am very happy with the service to date. Speeds are much faster than previous supplier (Tiscali) being far from the exchange this is great :>. Have yet to try out the service in full but so far so good and also excellent support. Well done guys keep up the good work, you have done all right by me :>

I switched to Xilo Pro 16 Office (C&W LLU) from PlusNet (BT based) in mid September. The order process was straightforward, it was turned on the day it was due with very little downtime. Even got a phone call asking me if I've got connected up OK.

The connection is great, the download speeds are consistantly close to the sync speed any time of day or night.

The support service is great, both before and after sign up, with response times usually within an hour, even at night.

Value for money, the product is outstanding, nearly half the price of what I was paying before.

Really happy with this ISP, have been with 6 different ISP's over the last 7 years or so and this one is best out of them all.Fast customer support, so your in good hands knowing if there is an issue, you have a fast line of communication to get it fixed.Back to the subject at hand, great ISP and highly recommended.

These guys know all about customer service and I cannot fault them. Pre sale discussion honest and informative. I had the simplest transfer from Tiscali to their Pro 16 LLU service. I'm so far from the exchange (5.4km) that a lot of ISPs don't want to know. At my location I have attenuation of 75db so will never get any great speed but I can now get streaming video and no outage or freeze ups during the first month. The 24 hour support is unrivalled in my experience, OK it's by ticket but the responses are in minutes right through the weekend. They quickly sorted my self inflicted email snags over the first weekend. So well done XILO I cannot believe companies like you still exist. Keep it up please.

We've been hosted here for our web and email for over three years. When their asdl was launched we moved over one of our lines from BT business.

What a refreshing change.. our speed is much quicker now and we get about 22mb compared to the 8mb bt would let us have.
