The actual quality of the fibre line is great. I haven't had a single drop since putting my own router and Access Points in, I get the full 935 dl and ul 100% of the time.
However, the customer service is BEYOND lacking. You can't get in contact with a anyone easily, and when you do, they're all in South Africa and keep pulling the whole "switch it on and off again" line.
It's nothing short of a miracle when you get through to someone with a brain cell.
The Technicolor provided router is BAD. BAD BAD BAD. I cannot reccomend Brsk locally to anyone who isn't going to use their own router - as the Technicolor simply is not reliable. The WiFi coverage and speeds are poor. It doesn't have the processing power for 900mbit broadband, it freezes and restarts multiple times a day.
I had all these issues until I purchased my UniFi kit and it's been smooth sailing since. Brsk are, however, supposedly changing out the routers once they merge with youfibre & netomnia. So I will await that before recommending them to anyone who is going to use the Brsk provided router.
