I have been a customer of IDNet for fourteen years. On the few occasions I have needed to contact their support team my query or technical issue has always been dealt with promptly and professionally.
IDNet is not the cheapest option but the small premium I pay gives me a reliable & steady connection, a short-term contract and peace of mind.
