Home Telecom used to be good when I joined them over 5 years ago but the customer service is now appalling. My ADSL connection has never been good but is now constantly dropping so I rang this morning to ask them to dial it down so at least I can keep a small constant connection but when they finally answered after 35 minutes on hold I got cut off! I believe this was deliberate because I started by pointing out (politely) the amount of time I had been on hold.
In summary, they may be reasonably priced but don't use them if you want to get through on the phone. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
