I could hardly be more pleased with the service from Xilo. Customer support is responsive, fast, effective and friendly. Since switching from one of the top-rated ISPs (whose usage allowance wasn't enough for family use), I now have a 50% increase in throughput (now ~9.5Mbps), thanks to Matt identifying a problem on the line and working with me, BT and Xilo's suppliers to get it fixed. The line is stable and runs full speed ahead at all times of the day and night. On top of that it's cheaper than before and it's unmetered, so the occasional big download or long video stream is not a problem at any time of day.
I don't think any other ISP on my exchange could come close to Xilo's overall package.
