Title: Great!
First package I had was via BTW 20CN, Office 40GB, soon upgraded to Office 80GB, off-peak (8pm-8am) allowance is 200GB.

Second package which I am currently on is via TalkTalk's LLU (no other LLU at exchange) but uses Xilo's backhaul, TalkSurf Pro 50GB, no off-peak, only £27 which includes line rental, further usage is £0.66 per GB. Bit irritating that their aren't more packages available (ie: with more usage) but TalkTalk's highest package (with line rental ~£25) only offers 100GB with poor speeds so this could explain it I guess (not Xilo's fault).

Support when needed has been very quick via the ticket system on their website.

Speed follows IP Profile, as it's LLU I can push my router to achieve higher speeds. Have a copper line @ 4km from exchange.

1st package: 2.5-3.5Mbps / 0.7Mbps.
2nd package: 4.5-5.5Mbps / 0.8Mbps.

Value, first package was quite expensive at ~£38 not inc. line rental for what you get, this is BTW's fault as they charge not only for the connection but usage used as well. Second package, ~£10 cheaper and includes line rental, perfect.

Been with them for over 1.5 years now. Phones answered within 5 minutes.

I've noticed you have to call within office hours (10-5 week days) to get through to Titan (not Enta) staff to get proper support/sales. This was brought up in another review, moving to the new wholesaler (C&W) was not a scam, the cost is necessary for all LLU connections.

Still on the old Business 90GB Enta contract for the cost/usage benefit, the whole IPSC problem seems to have been settled now.

For a 4km long line I get a stable 3.5Mb which is what I got before the whole IPSC problem.

Before IPSC, I got 3.5Mb when rebooting ~11am, now anytime I get 4000+Kbps sync rate which is very helpful due to the poor BT equipment at the exchange.

UPDATE:

As of Titan leaving Entanet and going with O-Bit, pings are terrible (hundreds) and Titan aren't answering their phones (August 2009 onwards), non-HTTP traffic is also throttled, eventually they moved to a pipe shared with Vispa, this also had throttling of non-HTTP traffic, contacted by Titans owner a few times, lied through his teeth, never fixed the problems, site still hasn't been revamped as he said it would be (last year).

Review has been updated to reflect latest service.

I left recently.

Title: Great!
When I had a house at uni I choose them as they were in the Top10 and supplied unmetered LLU, no hidden stuff like traffic management/protocol shaping/AUP/FUP etc.

1km from the exchange, got 14Mbps / 0.8Mbps 24/7 with ~30ms ping. BT engineer said I had an aluminium line :(

Interestingly it seems ISPs that market 16Mbps, do it because they only dedicate enough bandwidth for 16Mbps, control panel said up to 5.5TB, which equates to using a 16Mbps connection all month. So if you got the full 24Mbps you go over the top, whether they or any others in their position would act remains to be seen.

Never needed support but I know from calling them regarding sales/cancellation they were quick to answer.

When it came to the end of my year at the house, cancelling was no problem.

Definitely recommend this ISP and if I am in their LLU coverage area again I will definately consider them.

The cost was £25 which is slightly higher than their competition however the service/support justifies this.

No extra services, but I didn't sign-up expecting any. Service is reliable but less 3G coverage is outweighed by faster masts.

Never had a problem with support, UK based etc.

Highest speed acheived (10/10):

6.3Mb (Down)
1.44Mb (Up)

Overhead (error checking) eats up a lot of bandwidth, like with wifi you never acheive the full throughput (54Mbps for example).

Average: ~2Mb / 1.2Mb.

Upload is faster than my home connection.

Price/Speed is great, O2 and Three could never compete on this level.

UPDATE: Just got a phone contract with them, hopefully I can beat the max down/up speeds sometime.
