Title: Consistently Fantastic
Since switching to IDNet we have only experienced fantastic connection, night or day. Random speed tests have never fluctuated from excellent.
We have also not encountered any tech issues that customer services have had to deal with within these three years, but when I have contacted them it was due to a admin failure my end! The team were professional, polite and friendly when dealing with me.
