I ordered my modem for pay as you go. I tried to connect - couldn\'t, although I am living in a turbo coverage area. Called customer service, and after two attempts of waiting for 30-45 minutes, finally got through. They told me to first buy service, although I could not even access the free my3 pages. Did it, still the same problem. Called back several times (each time waiting at least 30 minutes), every time being asked to test more things and wait a few more days since some server is down etc. Asked to return it, but was told with online purchase I have 14 days, so try more tests. Now, after 10 days, I am told I am too late, lost 125pounds.
